Time Commitment:
Regular: At least two weeks prior to show open, attend all dress rehearsals
Advanced: Start of design process through closing performance
Responsibilities:
- Regular:
- Meet with Daneé no later than two weeks before show open
- Present any renderings, photos, videos
- Peruse our hair/makeup supplies, make note of things we need to execute your design
- Purchases made later than two weeks before open may not arrive in time
- A solid plan will be finalized at this meeting
- Attend Crew Watch and all Dress Rehearsals
- Assist actors as necessary, it is preferable if actors can do their own looks after being taught how
- It is possible that you will be needed during the show run as well, depending on complexity of design, so plan for this just in case

- Provide research and renderings
- One rendering per style
- Photos and videos to supplement information
- Attend Production Meetings as needed
- Refer to Daneé for information regarding which meetings
- Checking rehearsal reports regularly for hair/makeup requests
- Meet with Daneé no later than two weeks before show open
- Peruse our hair/makeup supplies, make note of things we need to execute your design
- A solid plan will be finalized at this meeting
- Provide renderings and information to each applicable actor
- Attend Crew Watch, Dress Rehearsals, and Performances
- Assist actors as needed, it is preferable if actors can do their own looks after being taught how but plan out a hair/makeup schedule if you need to do the applications

Anything Else: Not every show needs this position filled. The default position is to do both hair and makeup, but the show may only need one or the other. The decision to enroll as Regular or Advanced Practicum depends on the show, number of designs, and complexity of said designs. Daneé will determine what is required on a show-to-show basis.
