Posting a Rehearsal Schedule

Schedules are listed on the callboard on their own page.
It is easy to post them, and anyone can do it.

Rehearsal schedules are tagged by show name. This means that anyone can click to see just the schedules for a specific show.

Just give the schedule a title in the same way that you would an email or a Word doc. You can insert a table (or not) and then enter text. Assign the schedule to a specific show (or enter a new show name), and then update or publish. The schedule will then become available on the “Rehearsal Schedules” page on the callboard.

Anyone clicking on the schedule will see the fully formatted information.
