First let’s collect all of the information needed about the student and the selected workshops. If you are registering more than one student, please process these forms once for each. On the next page we will process the Tuition Payment.

On the next page, we’ll ask you to enter the student’s name, phone, and address once more. This is just to be sure the correct payment is matched to the correct student.
