2026 Ireland Trip

Deadline to commit 10/3; Let Matt Kizer or Jessie Chapman know if you are interested by 10/3 (we can also answer any questions you may have) Program dates: January 5, 2026-January 23, 2026 (encouraged to fly with the group Departing Boston the evening of 1/2/2026 and returning 1/24/2026) Total Estimated Cost: $3,500 *$2,500 Program tuition & accommodations *$1,000 Flights and Groceries for 3 weeks Open to all interested Theatre Artists: priority will be given based on class rank, limited to 12 students. Matt Kizer & Jessie Chapman have been working with the Gaiety School to optimize this experience for PSU students. This year’s program will feature increased integration with international students, a re-vamped design program. An acting track or design track option (with some overlap for certain courses).

Auditions 4/1: Agnes Grey at PSU (callbacks 4/3)

This Spring the Theatre Program at PSU has a short term commitment acting opportunity we are encouraging folks to audition for: a staged reading/workshop in process of Agnes Grey written by Michael Aviles-Bramer and Directed by Calle Bisaillon. The play is based off of the Anne Bronte novel of the same title, a period drama set in Victorian England. The play will rehearse in April (12 hours total between April 8-23) and there will be a single performance Wednesday, April 24 at 4:30pm in the Smith Recital Hall. Auditions will be held in the Smith Recital Hall Monday, April 1st from 3:30-4:30pm. Callbacks will be Wednesday, April 3rd from 6:30-7:30pm. For the audition, please prepare a contemporary monologue of approximately 1 minute. A sign up sheet is posted (under the sign up sheets link/image on the callboard)
